      I wish I knew the answer I am an injured spouse and file the IS form for 2018 & 2019 got my refunds for those years but they took the entire stimulus so yes they are taking it all but I don’t know if and how to fill it out for stimulus. I mean just directions on the form are tax year and income specific.

        I have no deposit either I’m an Injured Spouse but they took all $2900. I files 8379 the past 2 years to get the refund. How do I proceed to get my share and my sons of the stimulus?
