      Hello,
      The portal is up on irs.gov. I had the JH serve card and it said no information. So I had to put in bank info. Last time with Jackson Hewitt. Doing my taxes elsewhere.

        I have American Express card through jh, and I had a refund advance also. Haven’t received mines yet. I’m thinking it’s because the card actual account info wasn’t used and it went through a bank first. The bank is responsible for sending us the money. This sucks. Jackson Hewitt or Amex is not doing a good job with providing information.
