      NY takes forever to send out refunds. Last year I got the ” no information at this time” too. Then I had the 90 day review, and finally a DDD date. It’s looks like the same this year. I got my refund 2/21 last year. Expect it to be just like that this year. Probably get Fed and NY on the same day this year.
