My check just hit my house today guys. I was super shocked also because it was not due to be mailed till tomoorrow. Keep the faith its been a long road im praying for everyone.

Did not think about it like that. I’m thinking honestly when the portal went bonkers it screwed us all up. Honestly none of us have the answers we seek. And I’m not offended at all. I realize the frustration,I’m right there with ya. All j can hope for is that it’s still glitching and it means deposit on the 24th. This really sux.To he least they could do knowing they all screwed up is to send our checks out overnighted. I agree it’s B’s that they wanted our DD info just to get a check but this was not our fault and we were not allowed to try to fix it before they sent em out. Not sure exactly how long it takes to get them in that mail after the sending date but hopefully not long
Don’t make alot of sense to me to ask for our info just to send us checks. But we can’t control it. At least it won’t be August .. may will be the day.. it sux. But at least if the next set of stimulus comes out like they say for the 2000 a month it will then go to out DD. So it was not all bad to update .
I got in after updating it still says info successful will update with a deposit date
I finally got into the portal at 11 pm to get my info updated. Sent it to my CASH APP ACCOUNT. NOT SERVE. !!! FEELING much better now. It went thru with no issues and was successful. . Took alot off my chest. Hopefully we will all get our funds in this coming week.
Wow… Good morning. Guys. If anyone receives their payments please keep us informed. As of now I have heard of Boone but someone saying she updated at 6 am yesterday had her payment by 2 then did her bfs at 8 am and he had it by 11 last night but I believe that’s highly unlikely.
Robert it’s probably the 24 hour timing. It locked me out after 2 times and said can’t get back in for 24 hrs it is definitely alot more sensitive than the IRS to go app for refunds. I am curious about the messages everyone is getting about info not matching . Others were getting messages about bank info due to serve cards.
Everyone getting that message from the portal just curious what kind of bank info did you use. Was it actual banks or serve card info ?
The easiest way and most accurate way is to contact your local office and get your AGI and your refund amount without fees deducted to put in. The numbers on your paperwork are NOT ACCURATE!!!

I totally agree. I feel the same way about serve they have also lost me as a customer. All of them should have been way more helpful upfront and on the same page with each other. I don’t care what was said they had enough time to figure out a way around this to get us our funds and they sat doing nothing but lying to us all. And now we’re the ones suffering!
I myself have filed with them for 15years. And learning all the things I have learned over the past week. Has made me choose to leave the company. Had it just been a misunderstanding and error about the stimulus I would have been ok but finding out about the lies and paperwork amounts being different from actual amounts. Just pure shade. I m done!
As we all are going thru this. Alot of people are saying never again … And if they actually stick to this this will probably be the last year they are in business. Js
Please call your tax preparer several of us have had this issue. The amounts on our paperwork did not match the amounts they actually have. It is not going to work call and get you AGI from your local office as well as your refund amounts because they are also other amounts. Hope we’re helping I had to do the same thing.
No dashes just numbers make sure your address is put in as it is on your tax papers also and the zip was correct. It is very sensitive
Probably not I have heard it’s because of several different reasons all hearsay nothing proven. 1 being that serve is sending back due to not making money off them .2 they are going bankrupt. 3 because threats of being sued. And a couple more .as I said don’t know if it’s true just rumors at this point
I don’t think it will be that long but who really knows. I am praying we all see $$ very soon. I have to get back into the portal and put my info in.. I was also kicked out yesterday.
It’s nothing personal really but after all the stuff that was being said for days and all the lies how can we not be skeptical. And honestly not to offend anyone but that is the only two ppl I have heard of getting it that quickly no one else has said a word. Her and her bf. A little strange.
Well I know for sure I am a honest and true person who came here for answers. I know several others on here are the same . So when I do get my DD I will be checking in here telling everyone and it will be honest and true. I don’t like fake liars who enjoy being dishonest. Never did understand that.

Exactly. It was worth hoping for but we all knew it was very unlikely especially when all the different stories started. At least know we know better and learned a very valuable lesson. Just now we pray we get our funding quick. Still on the fence about the record timing the other 2 ppl got today !I doubt it will go to the card I had a friend put his taxes on his sisters card they refused it because the names did not match. May not be the same but I would not count on it.
We have been in here for days. I am trying to catch up from late last night but I seen someone calling you a troller. LMFAO. Not even close.. your prob one of the most real on here. Smdh!! Just do find it hard to believe someone gets a deposit that fast tho.. not saying it did not happen but no one else in here has . Strange but could be a blessing.
Anyone else other than one person and her bf get a deposit within hrs? I do know watching the WH briefing they said after inputting info it would be a couple days. Who knows what a couple is for them tho

Not sure what’s going on with the people saying jh is sending their deposits I will NOT be sitting around waiting for that. I do know that some of the people who used the h&r emerald are having difficult times also. It’s probably àll tax preparers who used an outside card source. But now lesson learned we all are a little more wiser .
Been really busy today so haven’t kept up much. I to got locked out over my agi. Waiting to reopen to fix it . But I am assuming since it’s allowing me to put in my bank info that I was not on the sent to republic mailed check list . Thank god

Sounds like a small light at the end of the tunnel . Let’s hope that’s really gonna happen then ..Early this morning someone said their close friend worked for jh and was suppose to be a meeting at 10:30 to make a decision about this. Never heard anything back from them I don’t think. Someone could have figured this out before the end of the deposit process

I called my account and it says I had a deposit also. What day was your $0.00 deposit ?
I worry about the scams as well. That’s why I said call them to be safe and sure. Also if it is them why it’s happening like this.
I would call them and ask why it’s not going thru that is very disappointing and frustrating! I’m not understanding why some have gotten it with no issues and others either have nothing at all or disturbing rejecting EMAILS!!
Was it thru email from serve the message came from Robyn I have not received anything like that as far as I know
But I do suggest everyone call and check your recent transactions because I also had a deposit hit my account for $0.00 that makes me really wonder what’s up I’m about to call and find out
We are all sitting in terrible situations I have heard several stories since yesterday. Local office told me would not load to the cards because they were throw away cards. And amex serve said they will def load. All I can do is wait to see.
