@ChimeTime Netspend predominantly uses MetaBank, but they do work with Bancorp as well.

Honestly, it was IRS who should have looked at the way dates fell vs. Processing dates and not given so many DDDs for one day. SBTPG isn’t the only one who had problems due to volume…they just had more. A lot of people used them…Nephew Sam
I worked 95 hours last week..and 2 days into this week ice worked 39.5…I got sleep.
SBTPG didnt expect the number of refunds for one day..they crashed. They are getting them out todayOverit2020 yes
