Update: I called TPG at (312) 809-5189

Higher One rejected my refund yesterday 2/2217. I’m assuming that they have a deposit amount cap. A check was mailed today 02/23/17. My advice is to use a money card if you don’t have a bank account. :) Good luck to all!

Was supposed to be direct deposited to my HigherOne account. Checked TPG to find a 20.00 returned item fee and a note saying my refund will be mailed! Has this happened to anyone else using HigherOne?
