Mine hit 6am wells Fargo. Will not make this mistake again
I will absolutely be attempting to get that fee back. I have never had fees deducted before so it was weird they charged me for that. There is a way to split a refund into multiple accounts via the irs for free. Preparers have done it for years.
To know these people open accounts for fees then dd to the taxpayer after the fact is just sloppy because things like this happens. I’m definitely going to contact them about this.
Nothing in my wells Fargo.
Santa Barbara Bank closed my ticket without offering any type of assistance. There is progress but this is ridiculous. I totally learned my lesson. Will never use TurboTax or pay fees from my refund again.
@lucy g now I have it as paid as today. The page is full. Guess I just wait for it to hit my account. This is nuts. Glad it’s almost over but will not be making this mistake again.
I have the red circle and the fees but they claim they haven’t received my refund. Before the update it said my refund was received. This is crazy.
I received the the same email. My ddd was 02/05/2020 and the sb site confirms they have it. Why send an email saying you don’t? This is my first time dealing with them. I’m baffled by this.
I wouldn’t call the IRS, they did what they were supposed to do and dd on 02/05. Now these sb people are the issue. Mine said they received my refund but doesn’t have a date. My bank said nothing is pending. So basically these people are holding my money. I’ll be calling them today, not the IRS.
