So now I know about SBBT and how horrible they are. We decided to pay our Turbotax fees through our refund this time. That is where we screwed up. I checked SBBT last week and got a “Suspicious Activity” alert and was told to send copy of my ID which I did. So now I play the waiting game with them. We have always paid our filing fees direct and decided not to for the first time and now I regret it big time.
