I havent got mines either and my ddd was 2/23 but sbtpg took out the fees out my state but was told yesterday that my federal has to go through them still then sent to my jh serve card i dont understand that if youll took all the fees out my state refund

Me to still nothing ddd 2/23 what the heck is going on and sbtpg took all the fees i owe out my state refund which i got on 2/10 sbtpg said it still got to go through them before it got sent to my jh serve card thats stupid to me if youll took the fees already

the number i called to get in contact with somebody at the sbtpg is 855-505-4829 they took my all my fees out my state 2-10 and my fed ddd is 2-23 i called them today and i was told i wouldnt pay fees because they took it out my state but my fed will still be sent to them then stright to my serve card from JH but they told me the irs did not send them my fed refund yet and when they get it it will take 24-48 hours to process thats a bunch of bull i dont understand why it still has to go through them before my card if i dont have fees to pay out of it
