I checked my transcript this morning dd 05/22 and it shows pending in my bank. Good luck to everybody else. And again my 120 day wait would’ve been on June 5th.

It was for Dallas TX. Office of Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett
I reached out to them via their website on April 23rd and they said it take 48 hours for them to respond but they didn’t respond til 2 days ago.
Finally received an email back from the congressman office saying, ” After discussing with the taxpayer advocate, there’s no action required on your part. The hold on your tax was due to an income verification matter, which has been resolved. They should provide an update on when your taxes will be released, possibly by June 5th or earlier.” I checked and my as of date changed fron March 4th to May 27th. So here’s hoping.

Apparently I’m waiting the whole 120 days. My 120th is June 5th. My status haven’t changed. My congressman office still haven’t replied, but that’s not really a shock it’s dallas.
Well I contacted my congressman office 3 days ago. Still no response. I’m definitely not surprised though.
I have the 570 code no 971. IRS said it’s either a disconnect between my employer and SSA or a disconnect between them and SSA. Then he told me if I don’t get my refund by June 5th(at 120 days) to give them a call. I asked if I could just send in my w2. Nope. So I just have to wait. I filed Jan 29th. I just don’t understand. On my transcript it gave me the 570 code with 0.00 and March 4th. It’s been giving me that same thing since February.
