Lawrence I did I even triple checked the information and It still says the same thing I put in all the Information right off my tax papers and everything

I did this on the turbo tax site it says that it was accepted by irs but when i go into the irs web site it says this
“We are unable to provide you with the status of your payment or perform the action requested because:

The tax return information you entered does not match our records; or
You have already accessed the system the maximum number of times today.
Please come back after 24 hours and try again.”

What does this mean?
