That’s what they say , but I’m still using the card they gave me months later. Got my tax return on there of a couple thousand spent it all on that card by purchasing or withdrawing money, I still use it… so that’s definitely not true.Read this, it’s from the WSJ.

That’s what I’ve been thinking this whole time. They need to be able to verify you’re the person Who owns the account, the address on file matches etc. I used my Chase account so I’m just waiting. Mine was one of the ones that didn’t change to check yet, and I got the advance and blah blah from JH.

Should be from the first time you’re locked out. At least it was for me.Just logged in and got my status. Confirmed it was being deposited into the account but said check back later for a date. This is after my 24 hour hold.
Just updated DD yesterday.How about someone calls a local JH office lol and hear what they have to say.
Whether we’ve gotten fees taken out or not should not matter, it’s such bullshit . Literally everyone I know has gotten their check but the people with the serve cards. Honestly I’ll never do it again with JH. Never. Such Bullshit. People who haven’t been working for months got their shit before I got mine. Worst experience ever.
If we filed our taxes earlier this year will it go to that account ? Or does it mean file taxes in the year 2019? I filed this years but not lasts so wondering .
The temp card shouldn’t matter, as its connected to your checking account. As long as it’s not expired it will go to that account no matter what. If you need a new card, worst comes to worst you just order a new one the funds will still be in the account.
