      I talked to 2 JH workers in Ky. They both told me if I received a advance on my taxes that I would not get the stimulus payment on my serve card. They said to go to the new portal on IRS website and change the card. I did. I gave them my Brink’s prepaid Visa card info and I’m waiting on a DD.
