      Diane Stewart Is VT also waiting until Feb 15 to start processing returns with EITC?

        If you look one of the main feeds they have I asked the question if they were following the IRS and not processing returns with EITC until Feb.15 they replied Yes, so anyone with the EITC will have to wait.

          Well now this concerns me. I see two of you are getting the message that the state has received your return. When I check mine it tells me they have no record of my return. They accepted it on 1/23
