Still no check! I really hope it comes today 4/28/2020. I just signed up for informed delivery with USPS so we’ll see what happens. FYI I made $15,000 in 2019. I heard they send checks to people with lowest wages first.. I don’t know how true that is though!

Yup! Same here. Updated on Wednesday when the portal went up and now it says check will be mailed on the 24th. I’m ok with that but seriously what a waste of time to update the portal to begin with..
Like I was going crazy looking for tax return info, AGI and stuff just to register in the portal.. all for nothing because they are sending a check anyway. SMH!
@Squiz thanks for the info. I’m just confused because I never opted for prepaid card with my tax preparer. I opted for paper check from the beginning.. so if this is true and it’s being loaded on prepaid card, I don’t have a clue what “prepaid” card it would go on 🤔
I just checked my 1040 tax return and under the direct deposit section the routing number is 283972036, which I googled and it is rebuplic bank. My account number shows 8(X’s) with last 4 of SSN at the end. So I’m guessing they sent the money to republic bank and hopefully I can pick up my check at liberty today. If not I’m assuming the deposit with get rejected, go back to IRS and then they send out a check to me. Which can take months! Ugh this is so frustrating. I’ll keep you guys posted
Same here! I filed with liberty tax service and opted to pick up a check “in house” for my refund. I called them last week and they said I would get a paper check for stimulus which I was fine with.. now when I check the stimulus tracker it says it was deposited today in the acct ending with last 4 of my SSN. So weird! I will call liberty as soon as they open at 10am PST to find out where my money is.
