      Hey everyone,

      I filed 2/8 and was accepted 2/8
      Was in processing until the week of the 23rd (bars disappeared completely)
      Received 12c letter on 2/28 (dated the 23rd)
      Faxed docs back 2/28
      Called today 4 times. 1st rep said 8 weeks before an update, 2nd rep said it has left the errors department and is processing as of today, and give it 4-6 weeks.
      Called again because I wasn’t sure if that 4-6 weeks was to receive my refund or for an update. The rep gave me the generic “we can’t see anything until 8 weeks” answer. Hung up on her.
      Called again and the guy on the line took all of my information and saw my fax was confirmed and I was pushed back into processing. Said I should have my refund within 6 weeks.

      On WMR I have the “Your tax return is still being processed.

      A refund date will be provided when available” message. Expected refund amount is still on the left side.

      Hopefully it’s sooner!
