No change. March 5th and later. I just spoke with someone. But has ANYONR heard when we will receive the check?Maybe its a sign! I called the automated line and it didnt metion my offset like it usually does…that might be because they reversed it?!?!?
I cant wait to get my check on mail. I understand I owe them and I am paying monthly, but I truly need this…

I have done so..started in October 2019. You haveto make 5 payments before your return ISNT garnished I had Nnooo idea.Paris

They will NOT interfere.When you call DOE number its an option that can provide you with refund info. I believe its option 2 but dont quote me. Maybe we can use that as a tracker lol
March 5th and so on will be refunded!! If you file now YOUR SAFE!!
DOE said if it was applied before March 5th then you wont see a refund.

Thank you! Lady at DOE said if your offset was posted after March 6th then you will be refunded. I decided to stop calling LOL..They sound tired..lolAll I keep reading is March 13th. My refund was offset on March 12th.

I called DOE and was toldI would receive my $8046 that they offset for student loan. I too would love to know when this will happen??? We should receive a check she said. This week?? LOL
