      How do u get it so your emerald card which was fine yesterday and now it’s closed.. how do u get it in-closed

        my card is all of a sudden closed.. im so upset right now.. and no one from h&r block has been able to tell me why. anyone else have this issue..

          @sunni thank you. And my card still says it’s not active, and the app says “add card” and I try to and then an error message comes up. This is crazy. I tried calling the number in the back got the same thing. This year was the first and last time I’m ever going to H&R Block.

            So is anyone else having an issue with your emerald card saying it’s not active but it was all day today.. or is it just me. Please let me know thank you. From Massachusetts
