      I got the same letter filed with TT when I called I was told I had to pay $50 for a person who takes care of things like that

        Cassie I don’t know if you used the turbo card but for some reason I received a customer courtesy credit not sure why I am going to call later

          I have not Cassie I tried to do online and couldn’t I did request via mail.

            I think they messed up because I have seen others post the same thing and it was a lot of people who filed through TT who had to verify income
