A LOT of credit karma 2/22 people got their deposits later afternoon last night…we better be getting ours.

@Jake and other Jessica I totally understand. I got cut off from all government assistance because I got a 20 dollar an hour job. After health insurance and taxes and 401k, I barely scrape by. I barely have enough money to feed my kids for two weeks in between paychecks. And its very frustrating when people tell us we are impatient because we are just trying to make it.
@Jake I am a single mom of 3..12, 10 and 5 and I depend on that money every year and I almost cried when I saw my refund amount. It’s so frustrating.
I see people saying they got a text message from CK and I have nothing. I see a trace number on the SBTPG website and that they have sent the money to my bank account but I still have nothing.
@Jake, you and I will be stuck together waiting because I see a lot of peoples money dropping and I’m sitting here with nothing. First my taxes were thousands of dollars short and I’m in a shitty situation financially and can’t find anyone to help and now they won’t even give me the tiny little refund I did get! THIS IS CRAZY.

Funded and sent but nothing in my CK account. 4:49 CST and nothing.

2/23 DDD still unfunded but my TT app says payment of my fees is complete! They’ve had our funds just won’t let them go.
Mine says payment complete as well!
Still nothing. That refund advance came within seconds but the refund they are holding onto it until the day of! Lol
How are you guys getting in contact with SBTPG? Are they saying why their website isn’t updating?
My DDD is 2/23..no movement anywhere. I’ll say Tuesday or Wednesday probably.
@Shena seems like every other tax service can take their fees and advance money and send it along just fine. I understand there are ALOT to process but the other companies have a lot to process and people had their money yesterday….
@Shena so they have our money, it just all has to process through. At least we know we will have it by 2/23 if nothing else.

@Chris You’re absolutely right. At least I have a date and I am not stressing about when I’ll see the magical 846 code. When everyone else has spent all their money, we will just be getting ours. :) HAHA.
Thanks for the info @Tom…I have seen a few people with fees and advances getting their money. I wonder why that is? I am not going to keep checking. I’ll just say 2/23 and keep it in my mind there. No sense in stressing out about it. It’s coming, just have to be patient.

How does SBTPG say unfunded for everyone but all these other people are receiving their refunds? Is SBTPG like a traditional bank? They don’t release funds until the day of?
And I should probably be grateful because if I got it today with my paycheck, it would be more likely that I blow way more than I should. Times are tough for me and my kiddos, so I need to save this little bit of money I’m getting.
Thank you guys for being so helpful. You’re right, its not TT, its the loan and not paying the fees up front. I should’ve read the fine print. I even told myself DONT DO IT. But I did it. HAHA.
@Chris I thought SBTG was the one who took the advance money and the fees? So it has to go to the advance bank first, then sbtg then my account. Okay. So definitely not until next week.
This is the last year I’ll get a refund advance and the last year I use TT.
mine is showing unfunded as well. I guess we are looking at next week before we get paid!
I totally agree. I have NEVER used TT. Always used HR Block and Chime. Get it on the 16th like clockwork. I’m in the same boat. DDD 2/23. SBTG says unfunded. Credit Karma account all 0’s.

Well, I’ll never use CK again. Or get a refund advance. I don’t know why I did. I always file my taxes for free and use chime. Get it like clockwork the day after my transcripts update EVERY YEAR. The CK card advertises that you get your tax refund 5 days early! I got the advance and fees taken out, so I guess I’m looking at the day of. But I’ve seen people with fees getting theirs and SBTG not updating. Has anyone seen someone with advance and fees get their refund?!
If you get a refund advance do they usually deposit early or no? I’ve never used turbo tax or gotten a refund advance. I am using the ck card. Nothing yet. Ddd 2/23.
Mine was as of 2/13 until last week or the week before it changed to 2/20 and my cycle code is 20230505. No update on my transcripts right now. Last year I got my refund on the 16th or 17th and my ddd was 2/22.
My as of date is Feb 20. It was 2/13 but changed when my transcripts populated to 2/20. I have cycle code 20230505. My transcripts are fully populated just no 846. I wonder if my transcripts won’t update until Friday?
So check again Thursday into Friday or Friday into Saturday?!? Lol I’m so confused. My ddd last year was 2/22 I received my refund before wmr updated.
If I’m weekly will my transcripts update tomorrow into Friday or Friday into Saturday? My as of date is 2/20. I think my transcripts populated on a Thursday night into Friday or Friday into Saturday I can’t remember when weekly people update?!
My transcripts are all the way populated except my 846 code. They’ve been populated for a couple weeks now. My cycle code is 20230505, will I update tonight or Friday?
Mine updated over night. Weekly batch code 20230505. All good codes just waiting on 846 because all I have is actc this year. Didn’t qualify for earned income credit. For once in my life, I made too much money. This tax refund is thousands of dollars less than normal but I’m also in a totally other tax bracket. I’ll take my little 1500 dollar refund over having to owe but I have to say I miss my normal 8,000….
Jae, my transcript updated today with the same processing date of 2/21/2022. It shows my income and my refund amount and all that but my WMR still says tax topic 152. I think this means our have been processed initially and no errors were found so when they start sending through path act refunds, I think ours will be just automatically sent. This is how I see every year go except last year. Every other year this is exactly how it goes. Just have to wait a couple more weeks!
