If someone magically manages to find a link, a number, ANYTHING to figure out who to speak to about how to get past the first page PLACE IT HERE PLEASE! JH either messed up my info or something somewhere isn’t right and I have no idea how in the hell to fix it! I’ve tried every trick I have read on here and nothing seems to work! I’ve been trying since the portal went up 4/15 ! I NEED MY MONEY AND I CANT EVEN CHANGE MY DD INFO KR AT LEAST SEE THE STATUS ! This is BULLSHIT!

@carrieb I’ve literally tried everything;
The social with and without dashes
The address how it looks on the return, abbreviated, with the # or apt
And the zip with and without the last four digits
Literally EVERYTHING I feel like giving up. I have no idea when they will send paper checks for people in Nebraska or if anybody even got one. But my family all got theirs DD and never used the AMEX SERVE CARD.

Hi I’m really struggling with this tool thing on the irs website. Since day ONE I have NEVER been able to log in to correct my bank info. I have no idea who to talk to about this problem and I’ve tried everything I could when entering my SSN, Birth Date, Address, and Zip I can never get past the first page I’m so frustrated.
