I am getting aggravated because like many others on here I filed with JH on the Serve card. Did my DD info when the portal opened and it is still saying I am eligible and a date will be given. Not only that but my husband filed for unemployment last wednesday got his monetary letter saturday filed his weekly claim sunday and now there is no money! No details to be given trying to get through to the va employment commission is like pulling teeth!
I did my DD info when the portal opened that morning and I filed my taxes with advance and such on the serve card. I still have the same thing that I am eligible and my payment will be deposited in my account with the last 4 digits of my serve account.
@Quita19 you are wrong. People have been getting their refunds on prepaid cards. As long as there is a routing and account number you can use that card.
I was able to put in my routing and account number for my JH Serve card. It gave me a confirmation. Havent seen any movement yet as far as a date for deposit.
I put in my AGI that was on my JH paperwork and the federal refund amount and it allowed me to put my bank info in. If your paperwork from JH is different than what the IRS has I would be questioning your JH office as to why its not the same. I have never had mismatched amounts.
