          Will never have fees taken out of my refund again.

            I am now stuck in the loop here in NH. Receiving substantial refund, sent by IRS to SBTP on the 25th. The ” unusual activity ” warning I found out by checking with turbotax. Immediately uploaded my driver’s license. Have been completely unsuccessful reaching a live person and have no idea when this “bank” will deposit my funds after taking out the tax prep fee for turbotax. Cannot link to a live person. Beyond frustrating.
