      After being locked out for the 24 hours I was able to log back in to get my payment and enter my correct agi. I had to request a copy of my return at a local JH branch to get that. I was told they no longer add it to your packet unless you ask for it when filing your return. After irs.gov accepted my DD info I was locked out again so I plan to try to get back in tomorrow and see if there’s any update on DD date.

        No you have to go to irs.gov click get my payment and enter your info including name, social, address, dob, adjusted gross income from your return and your refund amount then it has you enter direct deposit info.

          JH started only giving you a copy of the return if you request it. I went into a local office and they printed me a copy. Be sure to request a copy next year when you file your return if you use them again.
