@ciara40 my state came by check 1 week after I filed ; I had offsets from a couple of things (property taxes for vehicle and unpaid speeding ticket). Just usually either have my refund a few days before WMR updates or the date on transcript and wmr are similar. This year my transcripts say DDD 3/9; processing date 3/2 and WMR says refund due to DD 2/24. So many different dates this year lol
A little confused this year. I don’t usually pay attention to the where’s my refund as much as my transcripts but they usually have similar DD dates . This year:
My 846 came up finally with a 3/9 DD
But my where’s my refund thing says
2/24 .
Fees taken out of so has to go thru SBTPG.
On SPTPG it shows unfunded, doesn’t show my fees funded, but says my refund advance was paid off on 2/19…

I would call turbo tax and make sure you are not being sent a check in mail since the bank they are using this year for 5 days early can’t do the 5days (only because of what I’ve read a few people saying on here )
This year SBTPG is doing it different . There are 2 dates given once funded and the bottom one is DDD from IRS and the top one is date they will release (one day before DDD) the last couple years they have did processing to send deposits between 230-430pm PST. If you don’t see a trace number it hasn’t been sent . SBTPG only receives a letter from irs regarding funds being sent first . SBTPG does not have the actual money until those dates
In all my years using SBTPG I have received the day before my actual DDD and the dates populated on SBTPG since it became funded yesterday (DDD 2/26) it will be 2/25 . Once the trace number shows u should see deposit within a 2 hours. The last 2 years they have processed sending deposits between 230pm and 430pm PST (when trace number populated) and I have received DEposit on CK around 5pm . for people with DDD of 2/24 I would assume you would see something before 7/8pm EST. Or by morning Monday
Omg last one part 4: I have had to use SBTPG for years (with turbo tax) . I always received DDD one day before actual DDD. And this year it seems to be the same (due to the dates shown on SBTPG (2/26) but one day before for DDD of 2/24 falls on Sunday so hopefully you would have yours today before 7/8pm EST (if you have trace number on SBTPG)
Add on part 3: if you opted for 5 days early and they say they are not able to honor it, I would call and make sure that you’re not getting a Check (because some on here have said that they were told they are getting a check if 5days couldn’t be honored) but I don’t know validity of this info) also you won’t be on SBTPG if you opted for 5 days early (which is weird because SBTPG had a service called fast track for this last year)
Part 2of 2 My last two years was credit karma. And I always received closer to 5pm EST. But if there is no trace number it hasn’t been marked as sent . (The first date that you see on SBTPG is the day you will be almost guaranteed receive by (which is one day before you DDD)
Part 1of2 : Just a heads up . The last two years SBTPG did not do the processing of the checks actually being sent until between 2:30pm to 430pm PST. That was when the ACH trace # appeared. After that it could take up to 1-2 hours to receive depending on your bank .
mass updates for WMR won’t be until tonight going into Saturday for weekly 05’s
Finally 0605 just updated right after midnight DDD 2/26! Hopefully SBTPG will update tomorrow and I will get my refund by Saturday I hope anyways. credit Karma and I’ve seen two people with credit Karma saying their DDD was 2/25 and they received the transcript update Wednesday night, and SBTPG updated Thursday and funds were in credit karma by 7pm Thursday. So it gives me a little hope

So you updated on Wednesday night on transcripts and SBTPG showed funded today (Thursday) and you did receive refund in credit karma today? Just clarifying that’s what you were meaning. You know every little bit of hope helps 😩😩
But most weekly’s WMR will not update until Friday night going into Sat. So once I get that 846 late tonight (hopefully) then I will be checking SBTPG until it says funded . Yay
Many People have seen 0705 update last night with the 846 code. Many of us weekly’s will update tonight going into Friday on transcripts. Your WMR is honestly pointless to keep Checking if you are a weekly. I always have my refund before wmr updates most years. But unsure if that will be the case this year (every year is different) .
I am 0605. Filed and accepted 1/29. TT fees out of refund, advance, Path, DD to Credit Karma, and I did not pay for 5 days early , So my refund will first go to SBTPG bank.
Wmr is honestly pointless to check, because I am a weekly 05 cycle code my wmr never updates until a few days after I have already received my deposit. Youll want to watch your transcripts for the 846 code to show at the bottom. Also if you had fees taken out of your refund it will go through another bank to process those fees first

Just got my deposit 15 mins ago. Was cooking dinner, checked my phone and <span id=”IL_AD1″ class=”IL_AD”>notification</span> arrived saying it was deposited at 4:35pm PST. My DDD was 2/23.

So I just called credit karma with my trace number I got off SBTPG and customer care agent said he is sending that up to the department that handles this and they may be able to release funds if they see them available as he can’t see pending deposits . He said that department is 24/7 . And that they would email me with outcome… not holding my breath at this point tho. But at least I know I’ve tried it all

That’s crazy ! You should def be getting some gov assistance with 3 kids . I make about 20-22/hr here in Va beach and you can barely scrape by (and that’s with gov assistance !) and with high rent increases nothing affordable !
@Jake I am a single mom of 3..12, 10 and 5 and I depend on that money every year and I almost cried when I saw my refund amount. It’s so frustrating.
Same to other Jessica and Jake. Single mom of two teenage girls over here. Mine was a couple thousand less than I’m used to getting. So when others come on here making us seem like we are impatient, they must just not understand the struggle we go thru

Ddd2/23 SBTPG funded since 930am est . Credit karma as of 547pm =NADA! I’ve always gotten my ddd by 445pm with turbo and nfcu the day before at minimum. credit karma has about 30 more min and if I have to wait till the morning then I’ve learned my lesson to not go thru them again .

Well credit karma says I have no pending deposit even though SBTPG says I was funded this morning. Who knows.

A credit karma rep and she said they are not able to see pending deposits for the refunds … it’s 5pm est and no deposit. I should have just used what I’ve used previously and I’d have my money already :/ turbo or nfcu . Won’t be using credit karma again@luvhippie @Jessica
From the people who had 2/22 DDD and were funded yesterday. Their CK deposits came between 1pm central and 6pm central from what I saw. So fingers crossed ours follows thatI saw that as well , so fingers crossed!!!

I can’t get my <span id=”IL_AD4″ class=”IL_AD”>info</span> from SBTPG at all: I put my info in then after 1ish minutes a box pops up saying the IRS updates are processing and the site is super slowed down. Then you click ok and all the boxes where my info was are blank again.

If you didn’t have fees taken out or receive the advance then it won’t go thru SBTPG from what I understand it would go straight to your bank. If I’m wrong someone will comment I’m sure

So when I finally spoke to a live person at SBTPG (had payment taken out of refund and advance with credit karma and used TT) she said they’ve received my funds (my ddd is 2/23) but said it was scheduled to be processed 2/22 and sent to bank 2/23
I stated that it says on theirs and TT that they don’t hold funds . She said they have to go through the processing steps. Doesn’t make sense if you received my funds on 17th and scheduled them toProcess on 22ndHow are you guys getting in contact with SBTPG? Are they saying why their website isn’t updating?
Called customer service number . Option 3 … 6 random numbers… option one… start talking to them , they realize you’re not a tax professional and transfer you right over to customer service with live agent

She said she understood that it seems misleading to taxpayers when we are told are funds are not held. She said it had to go thru all the steps on their end for processing. Which still doesn’t make sense, as they have our money so why wouldn’t the processing begin immediately(or stop telling people you don’t hold funds) I think that’s what is the most upsetting . Being told one thing and watching them do the opposite.So by the grace of god I actually spoke to a live person at SBTPG. They have received my funds on last Friday. Although they are open today , it’s still not a processing day as it’s still not considered a business day. She told me my account is due to be processed on 22nd and deposited 23rd (my ddd date) continued …(ran out of space )

That’s actually false info you’re giving out and I’ve had to go thru them for years as well. For everyone it’s different. I’ve gotten mine on the ddd date some years, and Early others. So don’t spread false information
So I was just realizing something . Ck does say up to five days early which today would have been the 5 days early day. Obviously not happening. And even tho SBTPG is open Presidents’ Day , I’m not sure if credit karma does deposits on Presidents’ Day. I can literally find nothing online anywhere that answers that :/
The sad part after reading all the comments is we know that SBTPG has our funds for 2/23 ddd or no one else would have received their refunds with same ddd. Years of going thru SBTPG and tt and I’ve ALWAYS RECEIVED THE Friday before my ddd . Never on another day :/
