So I called and was told that I needed to wait 45days from the date i faxed the documents back for it to go back into processing. I’m so confused, I thought it was suppose to be 2-6 weeks . Hopefully it’ll update tonight .
Yay! I’m so excited for those who are seeing movement ! From my experience when the TT reappears and refund amount disappears you should hopefully expect a DDD soon. TT 152 reappeared 2/28 no trans. 3/3 able to order both trans. 3/4 WMR Updated with DDD.
Did you include a cover page that listed your name, batch number , control number?
When you faxed your stuff in , what all did you fax? Did you include a cover page with all of the info?
The only thing I faxed about was a copy of the letter, 1095a and 8962 with a cover with all of the information requested on the letter. I originally faxed 2/17 without copy of letter refaxed 2/23 with copy of the letter hope that helps !
The only advice I have is to keep calling and asking about the status of your refund. I filed 1/25 and had been calling every other day since 2/22. One thing that may have made it process a little quicker was that the IRS didn’t have to make any changes to my refund amount
Woke up this morning to DDD of 3/8. Finally this is all coming to an end! I received letter 2/16,faxed 2/17. Refaxed 2/23. TT 152 returned 2/28. Able to order transcripts 3/3. Wmr updated 3/4. The only advise I have for those who are still waiting would be to keep calling. I called every other day and pressed them for as much info as possible! I pray that everyone will see some movement soon , I know it’s frustrating but from my experience the IRS really doesn’t know what they are taking about and as long as you faxed your stuff back you should be good. I will occasionally check back to see if I can help anyone who is going Through this
Good morning everyone, I have a question. Does being able to order transcripts really mean I’ll have DDD soon? I received letter 2/16, faxed without letter 2/17, faxed with letter 2/23. WMR wording changed, amount missing, TT152 returned 2/28. Couldn’t order transcripts yesterday 3/2. I woke up this morning wmr hasn’t changed but I was able to finally order both transcripts through recorded line . This is the first time I have been able to order them. Does that mean I’ll have a ddd soon ? How long after transcripts being available should I expect a ddd? I hope this will all be over soon !
