Got ahold of another trace line rep and was told I was in fact sent a check, they couldn’t tell me why the other rep told me I was sent a card, I asked if there was a march 26th glitch and they said no. No idea which rep I talked to was actually telling the truth, seems like they either don’t want to do their job or don’t know how.
I followed Tony’s instructions before I got ahold of the trace line and the automated machine said “I’m sorry but there is no account attached to the information you provided ” I had told the trace line rep this and they told me to call again, I’ve tried multiple times and I always get the same message after entering in my info, it’s like i don’t exist to them
Got ahold of trace rep, they said they couldn’t help because I was sent a card and told me to call the 800 meta bank number, I told them I already have and the automated system said they dont have anything on file with my information, the rep told me to call again, I did and still nothing. I can’t talk to a live person for meta bank without knowing my card info. I can’t set up an account without the info too. Seems like there’s nothing I can do
March 26th mail date, still nothing. Tried getting ahold of the trace line on several different days, started at 7 am and kept calling back everytime I got dropped, for hours. Still haven’t talked to anyone that can trace my check. Anyone who has gotten ahold of them have any tips for a certain time or something? I just want to cancel and add direct deposit info, I cannot wait any longer. I wish there was an automated system or a way online to do it yourself.
Still no check here in Oklahoma, site still says march 26th sent out date. Haven’t been able to get ahold of trace line I get dropped everytime. First check took 4 days and second check took 14. Does anyone know if I get ahold of the trace line will I be able to cancel the check and add direct deposit? Theres no way for me to do it on the website. If the 26th was a glitch shouldnt it be resolved b3y now?
