I was is a similar situation…
file 1/4 with Taxact
accepted 1/12
lost bars 1/18, had refund amount but no tax topic
could mail order account transcripts but not return.
Finally mailed ordered return transcripts 2/10
Updated to Path Act message 2/11.
Currently have not received any letter…
So there is hope out there for you. Maybe just slow processing. Fingers crossed for you!

I went from no bars still processing message to PATH act message this morning and was able to order both transcripts yesterday.

( I do get EITC and ACTC)

I filed with Taxact on the 7th was accepted on the 13th and only one bar… Today I was able to order both account and return transcripts!! Finger crossed for DDD tomorrow!!

I filed with Taxact on the 8th was accepted on the 13th. Still one bar and no transcripts… Hoping for DDD soon. Would be nice to have a little extra spending cash when I move!
