I received an email as well from JH. Just saying to update info on Portal and it listed my account and routing number so I can enter it in on the portal to receive stimulus.
Maybe ppl are getting confused. If you have an Amex Serve card from JH and received a RAL then you will need to update on the portal. You CAN use your Amex Serve card on Portal to receive DD. If you never update THEN you will be receiving a paper check.
I think @tasha is spot on about how it might go but its crazy how now some people who could update are checking again and it won’t let them in……this is so crazy!
@chad As long as you updated your DD info into the website portal you should be finez just have to wait on a date……
I doubt that @chad. I’m thinking if you didn’t update info into get my payment then you will have to wait on a paper check.
So how long before you think we will get it after entering info on Portal
