      We called my son has a simple return, single no credits. They said they are backed up. If that is the case why did his sister get hers already and she filed after him, I don’t understand it either, we are calling them again today so I can help him talk to them straight, he is 22 years old and timid, he filed on 1/30/2019 they should be able to tell us why instead of “we are behind”!

        My son has the “STILL BEING PROCESSED” as well, I believe that there must have been some major GLITCH and alot of returns have to go through the entire process again, he called and they said we are BACKED up, well if they are backed up why did his sister get her return when she filed after him? He also used Turbo Tax.
