Got the check with correct amount hope you guys get yours
Haha we don’t have informed delivery in my county in West Virginia. We just call cause everybody knows the mail lady lol. We are only one step up from the mail carrier still using horseback haha
I had the message a check would be mailed on April 24th. It was going to a P.O. BOX a hour away from me cause I moved. I called this morning and the post office says the check is there. When I pick it up I will update if amount was correct.
@InTheDark LoL not MIA . I read the thread 10 times a day at least and in between breaks when I get above ground.
Mine still says check on April 24th and I have received nothing in the mail.

Put my information in day after it opened. It said it would be DD in the account I provided. That night at 12:30am it updated 2 the check would be mailed on 24th. Still says the same thing and I having nothing in the mail in West Virginia
I share your frustrations and at the beginning I was pissed off at Jackson Hewitt as well, but I have changed a little. No where do I see any information where JH is at fault here. Seems to be lack of information from IRS. I understand the irs was caught off guard but it’s easy to update people or even JH. Lack of information is what sent everyone stress mode!
Well I am bless to still have a job even though they cut us way down in hours . I was afraid for a min they would shut down the mines I work at but got lucky so far. I pray everybody gets updated off this check crap tonight.
@christina I used my serve card and as of 12:38am it changed to payment being mailed.
Well I have not read it but it does make sense it being a glitch and I am going to keep faith it’s true and we all get our cash between Monday and Wednesday:)
@esha Do you have the link 2 the Washington post ? I am not seeing anything about it being a glitch. I am only finding one from yesterday that looks to be a different glitch

Wow what a lot of wasted time and stress we went through only to be mailed a check anyway? I don’t understand why it told us it would be put in our accounts and show us the last digits of our account then? Makes no sense

Wade (ny) Sorry man. I’m starting to think it is a hit and miss then. I was locked out when I put mine in. Then when I did it will all caps and the right spacing , it worked today. Hope you guys get it in :(
I Figured out the issue with being locked out!
The address is case sensitive. Almost all address sent to them are all in caps! I put mine in caps and so did another person and it worked. I’m not bs you , that really was my and another persons issue. Good Luck
