I am also weekly….I’ve never had any codes or letters and am still processing….02/16 was the official first day they could start on my return, although I filed much earlier. The only action I’ve seen in weeks is my as of date changed last Friday for a few hours, then went back to what it was previously a few hours later.
Has anyone who received their refund received the adjustment for unemployment? I’m wondering if they’ve even updated their system yet in that regard.
Same. I am weekly. The as of date jumped forward this past Friday, then back to what is was originally with no movement. I’ve never had error codes or received a letter. I lost bars early on and then it’s been “still processing” for weeks.
I have a cousin who has SSD and he hasn’t received his.
I hope while they’re adjusting for my unemployment, they also adjust my return upwards another $1400 for the 3rd stimulus that I would have gotten had they processed my return on time.
Is there anyone on here who has received the adjusted amount for unemployment post change?
I did not ID verify this year. But I did a couple of years ago and they made me go in person!! Of course, it was a bigger refund but I’d literally had the same banking info. and address for years…….. Even after quickly verifying, I didn’t get my refund until May or June. I had never experienced anything like it.
See, I kept reading articles that said if they owe you for the third stimulus (many of us due to them not processing your taxes the entire month they had them) that as long as you filed before July, they would send you the difference. If anyone actually has that happen, please reply. I don’t believe it.
Nope, I filed early like everyone else and nada. Their delay also cost me 1/2 of my 3rd stimulus. I am weekly and the only thing that changed, very briefly, was my as of date and then it changed right back to 02/22.
Glad to know I am not alone!
If they do not have a 2020 on file, they go off of 2019. I am in the same boat and need them to process my 2020 taxes for the same reason.
Thank you! I realize it hasn’t been finalized but I doubt they will have it processed in time. I thought about asking for the $$ but we will see. There is the the little detail of the new tax credit (3,000 monthly payments that start in July). He’s supposed to claim this year and I had just planned to hand over the monthly amount……
