That’s what I said. Unless you paid fees in advance it will show. If not it does not update right away. I have mine taken out. I do not pay in advance. TT is always behind in updating there system as well as WMR. I never rely on either one, buuuutttt……….after the holiday I will check my order status which always says “payment pending.” Then I will go to state then back it out in which it will then state “Payment completed.” It will not be complete unless paid upfront.

I filed on 2.15 it took about 20 to 30 mins and I was accepted but since then nothing. On my transcripts, I have N/A, on WMR TT152, and it is being processed.

I filed in Georgia some say this year the state is coming before federal I have never had that happen to me. My state has not updated either – not even so much as saying it was accepted.

I just hope we all receive some good news soon!!

Still showing unfunded but that usually updates late 2 evening 2 days prior or the day before my DDD for me and then its there by the time I wake up day of my DDD but im also 3hours ahead of SBTPG. its never gone in early for me while I’ve had fees taken out, now the years I do pay fees upfront, its always in a day or two ahead of time bc of my bank.

Good to see that us 2/23 folks are starting to be deposited. I also have a DDD of 2/23, hopefully mine comes soon. I bank with Wells Fargo & usually get paid 2 days early, so I’m praying it does the same with my tax return. My SBTPG is still unfunded 😕

I’m not sure about the hack, but I do agree with @Kim. I usually know SBTPG has my funds because my TT order details change from “Payment Pending” to “Payment Completed” and this usually occurs 1-2 days prior to deposit into my bank account. WMR always updates for me after I get my deposit (every year, it never fails lol).

That’s exactly what I’m saying, it will automatically say completed if you have fees taken out of your refund. It has nothing to do with funds being disbursed.

If you have code 898 on your transcript for unemployment are they allowed to take your whole refund or just a portion and put it towards your overpaid balance?

I have a DDD of 2/23, my TT says “payment completed”. My ExH is in tax verification and not even refund approved yet and his TT says “payment completed”.

I mean, it’s on TT’s website… it goes to completed when your refund is approved by the IRS. It has nothing to do with when funds are received or by whom. No point is feeling the need to call me out in a comment unrelated to me. There’s already too much misinformation being spread around, I was just correcting it. BTW, it has no bearing on when you receive your funds since TT never touches your money to begin with.

If your 2/22, 2/23 or 2/24, you should see a deposit by Thursday. STBG is funding all accounts randomly as we speak. Through my experience (only, not Tom’s) once I update my order through TT, my DDD drops on the 22nd. It’s done the same date every year. It’s never changed. So hopefully you’ll see something soon. I’m my experience still being processed means there’s a hold of or some kind where as being being processed has meant they’re actually working on it and it’s on their radar. Every time I’ve had it’s still being processed there was a hold up and I’d switch to being processed before I’d get a ddd

It doesn’t matter to me when, why or how. Not competing on who gets what through TT. Was just giving my feedback through my experience and it has always been the same. It has NEVER changed. I always see from the start of filing my return order status “Payment pending,” until I do my steps to update it after the holiday. So good luck to everyone. Hope you guys see your money soon.

That’s never happened with me in my eight years. I have never received an email saying my fees were paid nor on the TT site. I have never seen Payment completed until after WMR approves my refund and it does not update on TT period. Unless I am the only one that TT decides not to update the whole entire time that I have been with them. TT cannot put Payment complete if it hasn’t even been paid yet.

This is my 15th year with TT always paid fees with return, it always does it when the IRS accepts your return. It give the date at the top in the payments screen. You even get an email regarding it.

Also always remember not to rely on WMR or TT since their systems are always behind. That’s just a trick I utilize with TT to let me know that SBTG did in fact take my fees out. It basically let’s me know to expect a DDD drop at anytime. SBTG is in Santa Barbara, CA and I’m in Wyoming, so they are 1 hour behind me. So throughout today and tomorrow we can see movement with Chime.

If you are a 2/22 or 2/23 DDD, then SBTG will update through out today through out tomorrow, You should have something in your account no later than Thursday depending on who you bank with. I’s scheduled for DDD 2/23 and same every year with Chime and receive mine by 8:00 p.m. the day before my deposit date. Never has changed in my 8 years with TT or Chime.

I’ve been with TT for 8 years now. Mine every year with say “Payment pending.” 1 day after the holiday, I will go and click on state, then return to my order status and will update to ‘Payment completed.” I’ve never in my 8 years ever paid my fees in advance and it says “Payment completed” until the day after the holiday. TT is always behind in updating their system. It will not say “Payment completed” unless you paid your fees in advance.

It doesn’t indicate SBTPG has it, it indicates you chose to have the fees taken from your return. It updates to paid when the IRS accepts your return.

The TT “Payment Complete” hack is very hit and miss. I’ve had it say completed while still on the PATH message, I’ve had it never say completed and got my money. It’s not really anything to go off of.

I found that if you load the turbo tax app and click add a state, get to the screen where you select the tax form, then go back to the turbo tax home screen and select “view order details” it’ll update to, “Order Status: Payment Complete.” Hope this helps.
