Question…. the people who were told they will now be sent a check instead of the dd… Did you use a regular bank account or the American Express serve account?
@Justin so you uploaded your serve card account number on the irs portal and it was deposited there today?
@Lizeth are you able to get your transcript online from the irs. That may be more accurate because apparently JH has made alot of errors when uploading our information to the irs
@ashalina there was someone yesterday that said she updated the information and got her deposit and her man’s the same day
Has anyone received their stimulus deposit after uploading their correct info with the irs? Or do we know a timeline?
@Darlene it seems that if you got the tax refund advance loan on your American Express Serve then you have to go to the irs website and enter your bank account and routing number because the irs does not have it. Instead they have the info for Republic Bank which gave out the loans
@Melissa the same thing was happening to me. Make sure your address is exactly how its written when you filed. I found that when I changed E. to E (for the word east) then it worked. And if you cant get your transcript to get your AGI try to download your documents from JH website. I had to refresh the page 1000 times yesterday because it wasn’t working but it finally downloaded the tax papers
Does anyone know how to access the AGI? The IRS gives me an error message when trying to get a transcript. And Jack-Ass Hewitt website doesn’t let me download my files -it keeps saying “Dowload pending” and I been trying since this morning
I’m out of the country and cant access my IRS transcript. Trying to get the AGI from the JH website but the records wont download. Anybody else having this problem?
