      I received the first stim. Based of off my 2018 taxes. I did not file 2019 . irs says unavailable and i am unable to get my transcript. Used turbo tax and contacted them and they said if i received the first, i will receive this one but she wasn’t sure if the delay was affecting those based of off 2018 . any one else or have more info ?
