So my homegirl was able to change her direct deposit information, checked it last night and it said it will be deposited into her bank acct with the last 4 digits to her acct she checks this am and it saying its being mailed, anyone else having this issue? As for me myself im still locked out 4 days now shit is bonkers
Still got my ass locked out haven’t checked all day long and someone says it goes by the 1st time you get locked out and ive waited more than 24 hrs 2 days in a row and still locked out i dont get it wont let me go page 1

That happened to me yesterday, i wish the app will allow me to register the temporary card i got from jh but everytime i try its says something went wrong
@ dustin so how to get the exact agi since its diff from the irs to jh i tried calling my jh office and they closed and im ubable to get the transcript from the irs due to me not having any if the stuff they want in order for them to provide it
Why is that alot of ppl cant re enter the portal on the irs, after trying the 1st time and can’t make it past page 1, to retry and put the info again instead can’t pass page 1 like ughhh so what 1 time is to much for accessing the site and information when all we did was enter your personal info, yesterday i passed page 1 but today like idk maybe a glitch do we try later this evening, or tomorrow again anyone has some input on this
Will my agi be on my tax summary or my 1040 form do i use the higher amount before it was deducted i got 2 different agi’s anyone help me out

This is some bs for all people who went threw a tax person or a business jh customers arent the only ones with issues but that damn irs portal is something going on with that shit there cause that message shldnt pop up after 1 try shit is crazy im glad im an essential worker, but what about the ppl whos not this is all fkd up for every1
So yesterday i went to irs and check my payment clearly i need to add my banking info due to them not having it due to the serve card and it locked me out after saying information was wrong but wasnt or idk if its matching correctly but im putting it in before they deduct all those fees so i go today and try again and boom i cant get past pg 1 nd only tried once but yesterday i got locked out agyer trying 2x anyone else with this issue
