I spoke with a nice irs lady last night and she looked into my account and said it would be 45 days. If I don’t have my refund or a letter by April 18 then I can call back. I asked her if it would take the entire 45 days she said it depends it goes Case by case and my as of date doesn’t even start until March 4. Does anyone know if it will take the full 45 days to get my refund. Thanks for any info.
So I filed January 29 was accepted the same day and woke up Saturday to the 1541 “ Take Action “ code and now I don’t know what to do. I file the same each year. Only thing that’s different is I changed jobs and had to file 8880 form which I don’t even know what that is. Just now I’m extremely worried. Does anyone have info on how long this usually takes to clear up and get their money. Thank for any info.
