They’re only asking for the money that you owe for having to use premium services (which supposedly I had to this year because of Healthcare related stuff). So, it’s only like 80 bucks. Still, the whole idea of it being taken out of my refund was because I didn’t want it to be taken out of the money I had in my account. Now, I’m just thinking like “What’s the point”?😂😂😂
Yeah. I’d assume they have permission to, since you’re giving them permission to deposit money into your account as well (once the IRS sends your refund).
Well, I’ve learned at the very least, that if I do use Turbo Tax next year, just pay for the tax services up front. I’ve never had any problems with my tax refund before, and that’s the only difference I can think of compared to other years.I’m honestly pissed.
Passed ID Verify on 2/19
Transcripts/WMR haven’t you updated since
Called the IRS to check if it was put back into processing today, and the Rep said I’m fine and not under any further review.
Just got an email from TurboTax saying that because my refund is taking so long to receive, they’re taking the money for my taxes this year within the next few weeksWTF
Refund was “still processing” on 2/1 (Accepted 1/27)
Received 5071c on 2/18 (dated 2/12).
Verified Identity on 2/19
Updated on 2/22 with “Your refund has been received and is processing” instead of “still processing”.
I’m trying to stay hopeful in thinking that my refund will be approved sooner than the 60 days.February 22, 2020 at 5:24 am in reply to: Big update tonight!!!! Let’s see how got that WMR DDD #4367517Accepted 1/27
Bars disappeared 1/31
Received 5071C 2/18
Told me that my refund would go back into processing, and might take up to 9 weeks to receive (as long as there’s no other issues)
I really don’t see why (or even how) it should take that long, so while I didn’t receive an update overnight tonight, I think I’ll be more likely to receive an update next Saturday. -
