At least the not knowing is over and this last couple weeks of waiting (hopefully) have begun.
If I would not have called the irs none stop to finally get thru to get some answers who knows how long or if I would ever have seen my return..apparently letters aren’t always sent and with WMR not updating right….

Ive filed every year since being out and got my returns back no problem so why is it just now this year they need that?? But what ever I faxed them the jail release form from 3years ago on april29th was told it could take up to 60 days for it all to process thru

Part 3
Another helpful lady answered and we told her we never received any letters and was instructed by the irs to call she then informed us everything has been ready to go
And all they need me to fax was a paper stating I was released from jail 3 years ago!!
THATS WHAT WAS HOLDING MY TAXS UP THIS ENTIRE TIME!!!!

Part 2
April 29th called irs back to back till I got past the high call volume message to the holding line finally only waited 15 mins talked to some nice helpful lady told her we are now in week 12 or some sh*t of waiting she put me on hold for 5 mins came back on the line and instructed us to call the Id verify line
Called them back to back till we got pass the high call volume message to a holding line AGAIN!!
