      I got a RT this year and I have filed with them since 2008. I buy their best; Peace of Mind, etc. I am going to Jackson Hewitt from now on. I tried calling the number on the back of my card – its automated only. If anything, people should have been informed. It is not very difficult.

      If you filed with direct deposit, go to the irs website on Friday and provide your checking acct info.
