February 18, 2019 at 11:57 am in reply to: Will transcripts update tonight into tomorrow?!? #4278260
@ Army mama- I found this on the IRS website. My processing date is today, 2/18:
Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday. Generally, if a due date for performing any act for tax purposes falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the act is considered to be performed timely if it is performed no later than the next day that isn’t a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday. The term “legal holiday” means any legal holiday in the District of Columbia. The calendars provided in this publication make the adjustment for Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays. But you must make any adjustments for statewide legal holidays, as discussedPresident’s Day was listed a a legal holiday foe the IRS. I hope we do get an update by tomorrow.
February 18, 2019 at 11:52 am in reply to: WMR “being processed” … Transcripts good codes??? #4278248@ Simplyme – I do. I have codes 150, 806 and 768. No 846 code yet. I also have the “return being processed” message. My cycle code is 20190505 and processing date is 021819.
I have different dates on my tax transcript- is this bad? It shows 2/18/19 and 4/15/19. Also, I have three codes: 150, 806 and 768. No 846. Does anyone know if these are bad or good? I’m on pins and needles because I had to id verify and got audited last year. I updated from PATH to “being processed” message overnight.

04-15-2019I also need help with my transcripts – this is the 1st year I have been able to pull them. I went from PATH message to being processed (not still being processed) and have a cycle code of 20190505. Processing date says 02/18/19. Can anyone tell me what this means:

04-15-2019I finally updated to PATH message overnight. Thank goodness! I have EIC….
I also still have code 9001- that’s the only message/code I have had since checking the WMR after I filed and was accepted. I filed with Tax Slayer on 1/13, got the email that the IRS had accepted my refund on 1/14. I was audited last year and had to prove HOH status for my kids that I have filed since they were born (Oldest is now over 18). It was a nightmare of waiting and endless paperwork sent in. I do have EIC on my return. I am on pins and needles hoping I don’t get audited again this year. I was able to prove everything last year and they finally released my refund. I called the IRS this morning. Got a sweet little lady. She said for most of the people calling in for the 9001 code, she can’t really tell what the message means, but most have EIC. She said the 9001 code means that your refund will be delayed for some reason, but more than likely the delay is related to EIC and the PATH act. She did check my return and said she saw the 9001 code but it didn’t show her any other info or errors at this time. I am weekly. I hope the WMR updates this weekend for me. I guess I’ll have to wait and see if the 9001 is due to the EIC or if they have flagged me again this year. Uuuggh…..
