Guys go to the republic site it says if they recieved your payment they would be sending it via paper check
Go fill out the track my payment tool they are not sending them to us Jackson Hewitt clients I just had to enter my bank information because it stated they did not have enough information to direct deposit
Yes girl all phone companies have a form you can fill out if your struggling to pay it and as far as I’ve seen every company said they wouldn’t disconnect during this time call and talk to them
As far as I’ve seen there was only 400 jh customers that got theirs they’re saying Monday some more people will see them
Tina they do not put the account and routing number for the serve card on your 1040 look at your paperwork it’s not there the money goes to a temporary account at republic bank and the funds are disbursed to your card by the card number from republic bank
Bunny I have spoken to multiple jh reps and they are saying Monday we should see deposits if we had fees or an advance taken out on our taxes all republic accounts were closed and they have recieved our funds but are working on opening all the accounts again so they will be a little delayed again everyone is saying different things but I’ve gotten this same answer from quite a few reps hope it helps
The rep I spoke to said yes it would go to republic but they can’t take any fees so they will probably take their sweet time she said Monday we should see the deposits on the serve card but if you got a loan or had fees deducted it could be an extra day or two not sure how true this information is but is what I was told by jh rep
I have been seeing that they are now saying yes you will but still not totally sure
Also do you mean fees went through republic ? Jackson Hewitt uses republic bank for their loans and fees

So only people who didn’t use the serve card are getting theirs ?
Jackson Hewitt did not put our routing and acct info on our 1040 we will probably have to wait for a check or when the portal opens give the deposit info

Call republic bank ! I called at 1045 am 2/24 and 11:01 pm est my money was con my serve card

Oh wow I was assuming it was going into account by dates the IRS received the returns and sent them out in the same order but I filed the 29th and recieved my deposit at noon today I’m sorry you’re dealing with this I can’t imagine how frustrating it is , I bet you’ll wake up to good news good luck

@punkimonkey they said the same thing to me and my money was on my card an hour later I think they will just say anything to get you off the phone are you getting it put on a serve card ? If so you will have it by tonight
I also called republic this morning and the woman said they haven’t recieved funds from the irs yet which I knew was a lie due to the republic site telling me my money was sent to my bank , recieved my deposit an hour later so don’t listen to their lies if it shows fees paid you will be getting your money soon
I got my dd at 12:01 pm est on my serve card ddd 2/26 fees were paid last night to republic around 10 pm
