Being able to order your account and return transcript does NOT mean you will receive anything soon. That is not true I was able to order and revieved mine over 2 weeks ago- mine still says processing and a date will be provided. I filed early February. Verified early March- called back to find out if verified passed but they forgot to close the account- she closed it for me on April 4th and said it could take up to 9 weeks- the only code on my transcript I was worried about was the 570 so called again today and she informed me that everything was fine and it should change and my return should be here within the 9 weeks- it’s been 16 days since the id verify has been closed and I still have no updates…
