      I just spoke to A HR Block agent, OUR agent actually shut off their phone. So according to the next closest HR Block location…. If you got a refund loan and had the fees taken out that they are STILL negotiating with the IRS. ain’t that some shit… what is there to negotiate? I have been with Block for 30 years today… dealt with some very questionable preparers.. but this is the last straw… never again!
