I’ve been logging in to the TPG SBBT website for a few days now, and it has been showing my refund amount but saying they haven’t received it yet. But it also had my customer #. Today, it says “ERROR We’re sorry, it appears that an error has occurred. You are experiencing one of the following: -The page you are looking for does not exist -Your access to our website is denied – Server error ”
Anyone else having trouble logging into taxpayer.sbtpg.com ?

So I was able to log in to my account on sbbt it said my refund amount and expected date was 2/9 (21 days from yesterday) now it says error try again … What does that mean

On the form from the exchanges, did it have any dollar amounts on it that you were suppose to put on your return? Odd that they would send you one if you didn’t pay into them but I am sure you won’t be the only person with this issue of getting a form from them in error. You are suppose to file it with your return if you bought insurance through the exchange for the Premium Tax Credit. If you got it through your employer I don’t see it being a problem in relation to your return unless they have you as having the market place insurance also, but it kind of goes back to my question of what is on the form they sent you. Because if you signed up but didn’t pay into it they shouldn’t of sent you one.

Still no acceptance for me or my motherinlaw…..I have never had it take this longer for simply accepting it (the most its ever taken has been a few hours). Should I call the IRS?

I filed mine and my mother-in-laws through HR Block online yesterday at 630am still not accepted, I filed my daughter’s the 18th and hers got accepted yesterday. Anyone else file yesterday and not get accepted yet?

also i never really check my tax refund, i normally check my account as normal to find more money in it than i thought. last year had dd of like 2/3 or 2/5 from the 21 day generic timeline cant remember exactly, but i got it in january. so i would expect if your audit likelihood is low, and you took the standard deduction instead of itemizing you would receive your return faster those that itemized. also in the past the irs processes returns by the last 4 of your social so 0010 would be processed before 9100, if precedence holds true. not first in first out, which probably would explain why some of you who filed earlier than others still havent gotten approved yet while others filing later have. just my two cents. ive been preparing taxes electronically for 15 years.

Last year I filed and was accepted on Jan 23rd received direct deposit Jan 30 ..5 business days later!! This year I filed on the 16th was accepted the 19th with one bar..if it goes like last year I’m thinking DD will be Jan 26 or Jan 29! Honestly pretty sure all DD will start the 26th and 29th..no need to check the bars all the time..and be locked out for the day..give it till the 26th!! Last year I got my DD before the last bar even updated..they are working on them be patience ..it’s coming ?

for those of you wondering how to do a screenshot on a windows pc its very easy. hold windows key and press the prt scr button, voila. screenshot. so no excuses to those lying trolls. you can find the screenshot via pictures\screenshots in your quick access. also the prt scr button is usually at the top right of the keyboard next to scroll lock.

Just a note to all of HR Block people, I filed at HRBLOCK.com on 01/18/2016, as of this morning still not even an accepted. I called the 800 number and as soon as i got off the phone i got updated to accepted.

I forgot to add that I got my refund 10 days after I filed and was accepted on the same day last year. So if that holds to be the same this year the 29th should be the first batch of DDs. I am planning on the 2/5 but I will take the happy surprise of 1/29.

I’ll post my status so other people know we’re the same and maybe feel better : ) I filed with TT on 1/19, I was accepted the same day two hours later. WMR this year updated right away to show one bar, if I recall every other year you had to wait for the one bar to even show. It is still just sitting there at one bar. The IRS says that WMR will update every day but if it is like my experience from last year it won’t update until next week and then you should see a DD date. If you filed before the 19th and are still waiting to be accepted you might be waiting on who you filed with to send the batch of returns over. I know every year people who filed before the starting date have this happen every year and the name of who is stuck changes but seems to happen every year. I myself always wait until the day filing opens to file mine. I was in that batch a couple of years ago who had their returns delayed for 6 weeks because of the IRS fraud kick in on their error. I was like forget you IRS you can’t use me for your test runs and have mine be the one to find your bugs and delay me again. : ) But if everything goes the same as last week people won’t see the bar moving until most likely this weekend/Monday and then you will start to see real DD dates flooding.

My NYS return changed to “received” today. I don’t remember that ever happening this early.

Still waiting on approval for Federal. I filed and it was accepted on the 14th. I filed early the past couple years but both years still didn’t get my refund until the beginning of February.

It is normal for it to disappear. I had that happen to me last year as it moved from 1 to two bars and then the last bar never went through for me until the day after I got my DD. I wouldn’t worry about it : ) As long as they got it and you didn’t get rejected you should be good.

i did my taxes with turbo tax online efile. on 1/15 was accepted 1/19 still at one bar wth!!! when do they update? i was praying for a deposit the 22nd but guess its going to be the 29th

I don’t understand!!!! I filed January 4th with Jackson Hewitt. I got an email on January 11th saying I was accepted by IRS. Today January 20th still no move on my status bar!!!! What’s going on???? Are they just approving them once a week this year??

So I filed my taxes and have health insurance through my employer. I just got a form from the Marketplace (1095-A) saying I had insurance through them.

On my tax return I checked I had insurance all year not through the healthcare exchange. While I did apply for coverage I never got it through the Marketplace.

Just wandering what effect this will have on my taxes/refund.

My Indiana refund will be direct deposited on 1/22/2016. I got the notification this morning.

If you requested to have your refund credited to your bank it wil not. However if you requested the use of a netspend card or something then it will through another bank.

Alot of people have been accepted. But the actual irs has not issued any refunds and will not for at least 1 more week. Accepted and approved are 2 completely different things. Nobody in texas has been approved.

Sometimes you cant go by the irs wmr because last year I got my refund before I moved to the second bar I got my refund 7 days after getting my return accepted my 7 day mark would be the 22ND so u never know

Just so all of you don’t feel mis lead by a bunch of crap. Turbotax has announced today a few have been approved and nobody has a date for direct deposit. So anyone saying anything different is full of crap and is just trying to make the rest of you ansy for your checks. Be patient irs is in full swing. Give it 2 more weeks and by then 50% of you will have your money.

Around 3:30 yesterday I got an update from HR Block saying my return was rejected- I had my sons social security number transposed… I fixed it right away and resubmitted it yesterday. What are the chances today it will be accepted? As of right now it is still pending, but yesterday I didn’t get an email from IRS or HR block until after 3:00. Thanks!

Last year no one got approved until that Sunday morning. I don’t anticipate any different this year. It’s the same cycle as last year. Tuesday after the holiday the IRS opens and DDD that weekend for deposits the next Friday

Hello everyone my bar is still at accepted however last year my. Refund was approved on feb 3rd and deposited on the 4th a week earlier than they had told me it was gonna be. However my refund was deposited on a weds and in the middle of the dsy around noon. Hopefully we will see updates soon. Good luck to everyone!
