I’m in the same boat. Filed in mid-February, faxed my 1095-A on 4/3, still waiting.
I’ve scoured this thread, and I’m trying to figure out: Why are so many people receiving these 12C letters?
In my case, I’m still not sure. I received a corrected 1095-A from the Colorado marketplace, so I figured the IRS just hadn’t received the corrected one and that’s what I faxed.
But now I see there’s a TurboTax rounding error that resulted in the numbers on my 8962 being off by $3. If *that* is the problem, then I guess I should have also submitted a new 8962, which I didn’t do, so I’ll be waiting yet another 6 weeks.
But they wouldn’t reject my return for $3 (in the government’s favor, for what it’s worth), would they? Any advice on what to do at this point would be much appreciated. Thanks!
