                        On the site there is plan outage for tonight, Friday and Saturday. They said it’s for maintenance but maybe they will throw in some updates during that down time too.

                                                          Are you using abbreviations? I too live in an apartment and I left the apartment number off and wrote the word Street out in its entirety and capitalized the first letter. If y’all haven’t already, try writing out Street, Avenue, Boulevard etc.

                                                            I think if H&R Block would’ve handled things differently it wouldn’t be so much confusion and aggravation. If we were given clear answers (even if it’s an answer we don’t like) and a possible date (at least a range) we would be more content. It’s the not knowing and having to take extra steps that got us all here with a million questions.

                                                              I’m an essential worker and not in desperate need for this check but the fact is that it’s my money and I want it. I’m sure that’s how a lot of us feel some may need it more than others right now but we all just want what’s ours at the end of the day.

                                                                I agree with Jennifer you may have to wait it out. If you check again make sure you give it a good 24 hours before trying and if possible during a time where it’s not so much traffic (like really later or really early in the morning)

                                                                  if you got the last eligible message that says Payment Status which includes your updated bank info then you are good. If you only seen the message that says Need More Information at the top and says you are eligible but they don’t have enough information you may have to fix that.

                                                                    There is a eligible message that pops up after you give them your basic demographics. Then there is a confirmation message after you give them your bank info. And If you check back again the payment status message tells you that: you are eligible for payment and once they have a date it will be updated, followed by the last 4 digits of the account it will go to. My apologies if I weren’t clear. I screenshot every screen as I did it and that’s exactly where I’m reading from.

                                                                      If it’s not letting you re-enter then it’s possible the screen could have possibly jumped passed that confirmation message.
                                                                      Are you able to see the Payment Status? it should say that the payment will be deposited int your account then give you the last 4 digits of the account you are using.

                                                                        If she never received a confirmation saying that the bank account information was updated successfully then there may be a problem. Rosepants said she only received a message saying she is eligible. I told her I received another message after that one confirming my bank info, so again where am I incorrect??

                                                                            On a positive note, the message about being eligible was the first message I received after entering my ss# and dob. So at least we know you definitely qualify for it, it’s just the changing of the info and waiting to receive the money that’s the hassle.

                                                                              Yes I had the emerald card and I got the advance. When I went on the irs website it stated that they didn’t have any dd info for me. I put all my info in immediately and it went through.

                                                                                I’m sorry I worried you, I just didn’t want you to sit back thinking that your info was entered in and it’s just the website that’s glitchy. Yes the website is glitching but there is a strong chance that glitch caused you to may have to re-enter your info.

If you didn’t get that, there is a strong chance it may not have went through. If I were you I would wait another 24 hrs and early in the morning while most ppl are sleeping try it again. So sorry you’re having such a hard time.

                                                                                    When I put my dd info in it gave a confirmation it read: Bank Account Confirmation in bold letters and beneath it read: You have successful submitted your bank account information. Your payment will be direct deposited into your bank account using the information you provided.

                                                                                        I live in an apartment and filled out exactly the way that I have it on my tax return. No abbreviations and I didn’t add my apartment number because it doesn’t share the same box as the actual street address (I hope I didn’t confuse you).
