@JimZ I don’t get it my transcript says it was issued on 1/4/20 but the get my payment tool can’t give any information I used TT. My first payment went through ok now this nonsense.

I am having the same issue my transcripts says refund issued on 1/4/21, then something about 1/18/21. When I check the get my payment tool it says no information or I am not eligible they are working on this. I bank with TD I called yesterday they says they see nothing coming in. I don’t understand and I used TT for my 2019 taxes.

Thank you for the information because I see on my transcript it was issued on 1/4/21, then it has something on 1/18/21, but when I check the get my payment info it says we don’t have enough information or you are not eligible message. It does show my first payment information, and my transcript has been reflecting the 1/4/21 payment issued date for the past 3 days but nothing in my bank.
