Hey guys if any of you who are getting a check mailed out on the 24th…get it before than please let us know on here. Im really hoping mine goes out before hand.
I put my info in yesterday and when I logged in today it said I would be getting mailed a check next week.
If anyone has been locked out since Weds please try it now. Ours was unlocked we updated our info and we got the confirmation that the check will be deposited.
American express serve card jh user. Been locked out for over 30 hours can not log in and have not received payment. But i am optimistic that tomorrow I will be able to update my information or get my check.

It wont accept my ss bday or address to even get let back in
I got locked out yesterday too around 715. I still cant access anything bc it wont accept my ss bday and address.

This morning i got locked out trying to change the info of what they had on file to my reg bank account. So im locked out til tomorrow but I feel that if they already have the info for the serve card maybe it won’t be a problem but I duno.
Ok so this morning i tried using my bank account info and it locked me out. Saying that doesn’t match what we have. Tomorrow i am going to try the serve card info
And please dont crucify my curiosity..my child is well taken care of lots of love my husband and provide for her
I dont think this is that type of check that goes to child support. This is a stimulus check isn’t it? Im just asking bc im curious. I know if they dont the tax check gets taken away but this is a crisis. Regardless if one owes support it still is a crisis.
I haven’t got my stimulus east coast went to jh got the serve card instead of giving them my dd info. I really need this cash too.
