For those of you with fees being taken out, that are saying your state was released but you haven’t received it yet, have you checked to see if they took the state to cover the fees?
Also, my automated message on the emerald card line changed this morning and from what I’ve seen from the DDDs on the 22nd, they received it between 4:30-midnight on the 21st.
@Liz: I’ve learned to ignore the text messages. They are standard messages that go out until something has “happened” with your account. Right now, you are still sitting in the holding pattern and even though the auto message changed, nothing has been done on your account yet. Does that make sense? Hope so, I’m suffering from lack of sleep and no coffee yet.

Call the number on the back of the card and enter last 4 of the card #. The automated message will play after that.. if your set for a DDD tomorrow the message should have changed for you as well.
So far everyone that I’ve seen who got that message on the 21st for last major DDD on the 22nd, received it the day the message change, ranging from 4:30-midnight..

Is everyone still getting the generic message on both the app and the phone?
